The beautiful town of Brantome, the Venice of the Dordogne, is only a short stroll away from the hotel. Meander through the narrow streets, and join in the hustle and bustle of the weekly market where local produce are displayed in all their finery. A short drive away are the truly stunning villages of Bourdeilles and St Jean de Cole, with their stunning 12th Century Chateaux, Perigueux with its narrow cobbled streets and Hautefort to name but a few. A little further a field are the vineyards of Bergerac and Bordeaux and the lovely city of Limoges, the capital of Porcelaine.
